The plan will be placed on our custom mobile app. You'll have total access to all the features of the app and 4 30 minute sessions to review your progress and ask questions. Train at home or in the gym. Review sessions can be done by phone, Skype, or in person.

Muscleworx Online Personal Training is a monthly program where our trainers use our custom mobile app to develop a fully personalized workout and nutrition plan – based on your goals and preferences – that will show you exactly what to do to get results quickly. You'll also have the ability to set and track your goals in the app. You'll meet with your trainer once per week by phone, Skype or in person to review your progress, make any necessary adjustments, and answer any questions you may have. The creatively designed format includes core strengthening, cardiovascular drills, plyometrics, traditional calisthenics, and weight training. It is a “kick your butt,” full body workout that will get you into shape as well as provide you with the knowledge to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Group size is limited to no more than 6 participants per class. All fitness levels welcome.
